Getting paid & payouts
How buyers pay, what the platform fee is, and how your earnings reach you.
Buyers can pay by mobile money or card, or send their order over WhatsApp for menus and shops. When a payment succeeds:
- The buyer is fulfilled automatically — tickets, secure download links and email receipts go out instantly.
- A small platform fee is deducted, and the rest is recorded as your earnings.
- Set up your payout account (mobile money or bank) under Payouts so we can pay you out.
You can watch your sales and payout status from the dashboard at any time.
